水中分娩缸水细菌污染与母婴感染相关性探讨
Study on the relationship of 66 maternal/neonatal infections with water polluted by bacteria from the pool of water birth
【摘要】 目的探讨水中分娩缸水细菌污染率和细菌种类,以及与母婴感染的相关性。方法对广州市第十二人民医院2006年10月至2007年12月水中分娩的产妇66例和同期采取传统分娩产妇40例进行回顾性分析。结果水中分娩缸水细菌培养阳性率83.3%,革兰阳性球菌以表皮葡萄球菌为多,占20.3%,革兰阴性杆菌以大肠埃希菌为多,达29.7%;新生儿咽拭子细菌培养水中分娩组阳性率9.1%,传统分娩组22.5%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);水中分娩组C反应蛋白新生儿为(6.65±7.9)mg/L,产妇为(35.6±16.0)mg/L;传统分娩组新生儿为(6.42±6.8)mg/L,产妇为(49.7±32.0)mg/L,其母儿感染临床征象两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水中分娩缸水有较高的细菌污染率,但并未增加母婴感染。
【Abstract】 Objective To examine and discuss the category of pathogenic germs of the polluted water from the pool during water birth,pollution level and the relativity with maternal/neonatal infections.Methods From October 2006 to December 2007 we did research retrospectively on data of 66 deliveries in water and 40 on the delivery bed in our hospital.Results The positive rate of the bacterial cultures was 83.3% for the water samples,taken from the pool after delivery.Staphylococcus aureus was the main kind of the genus of gram-positive bacteria(20.3%);Escherichia coli was the main kind of the genus of gram-negative bacteria(29.7%);the positive rate of the bacterial cultures of the pharynx-swab for the newborn was 9.1% of water birth,compared with the traditional delivery(22.5%).There were no significantly differences(P>0.05).C reactive protein of water birth:newborn was 6.65±7.90,mother was 35.6±16.0,compared with the conventional delivery:newborn 6.42±6.80,mother 49.7±32.0.There were no signs of maternal and neonatal infections(P>0.05).Conclusion The rate polluted of water from the pool was high;however,no sign shows that it will result in the maternal/neonatal infections.
