【摘要】 目的探讨冷冻胚胎复苏移植后的妊娠结局。方法2003年1月至2007年5月,对2～4细胞期胚胎进行慢速冷冻保存,快速复苏及移植,共有88例患者在哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院进行了120个周期的冷冻胚胎复苏移植,观察冷冻复苏移植的效果。结果复苏胚胎370个,存活316个,完整存活胚胎232个,移植316个胚胎,临床妊娠39例,妊娠率为32.5%(39/120)。胚胎种植率16.5%(52/316)。比较妊娠组与非妊娠组在年龄、雌二醇水平、子宫内膜厚度、胚胎复苏存活率及完整存活率上差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),优质胚胎率差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论优质胚胎是移植后获得妊娠的关键,采用冻融胚胎移植技术可以提高辅助生殖技术的累计妊娠率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the outcomes of embryonic transplantation after cryopreservation and thawing.Methods A slow-freezing and rapid-thawing protocol was used in human embryos at 2~4cells stage.The clinical outcomes after transfer of the frozen/thawed embryos in 120 cycles were analysed.Eighty-eight patients accepted 120 cycles of frozen /thawed embryo transfer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2003 to May 2007.Results A total of 370 embryos were thawed,of which 316 embryos survived and 232 embryos survived intactly.Three hundred and sixteen embryos were transferred.The clinical pregnancy rate was 32.5%(39/120) and the implantation rate was 16.5%(52/316).There was no significant difference in age,serum estrogen levels,endometrium thickness,survival rates of frozen/thawed embryos and intact survival rates between pregnancy group and non-pregnancy one(P>0.05).However,the good-quality embryos ratio was significantly higher in the pregnancy group than that in non-pregnancy one(P<0.01).Conclusion The quality of embryo has a significant effect on the clinical pregnancy rate after transfer of frozen/thawed embryos.Accumulative pregnancy rate in IVF protocol may increase utilizing transplantation of frozen/thawed embryos.更多还原
