硝酸士的宁对刺激鲫鱼脊髓诱发的Mauthner细胞胞内电位变化的影响
Effects of Intramuscular Injection of Strychnine on the Intracellular Potential Changes of Mauthner Cells Evoked by Spinal Cord Stimulation in Crucian Carps
【摘要】 目的探索肌注硝酸士的宁对刺激鲫鱼脊髓所诱发的M细胞胞内电位变化的影响。方法运用微电极穿刺技术记录M细胞的胞内电位变化。结果肌注硝酸士的宁后逆向动作电位后突触后电位(PSPs)的幅度升高,持续时间增加,并可在此基础上暴发动作电位。结论从脊髓到M细胞的传入通路中可能有抑制性递质甘氨酸的释放和相应受体的存在,其与兴奋性递质一起调节M细胞兴奋性,从而使M细胞的活动与整体一致。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the intracellular potential changes of Mauthner cells(M-cells)evoked by spinal cord stimulation in the Crucian carp after intramuscular injection of strychnine.Methods\ Microelectrode recording technique was used to explore the electrophysiological properties of M-cells.Results\ Both the amplitude and the average duration of the postsynaptic potential(PSP) in M-cells were increased,and two or more action potentials were sometimes superimposed.Conclusion\ The results suggest that there are glycin transmitter and receptor in the afferent pathways from spinal cord to M-cells,the interaction between excitatory and inhibitory transmitters perhaps modulates the excitability of the M-cells,and thereby makes the response of the M cells in accordance with the activity of the whole body of the Crucian carp.
