【摘要】 国家高新区对促进区域经济发展起到了关键作用,为国家的高新技术产业发展提供了强有力支撑。在落实科学发展观和建设创新型国家背景下,国家高新区创新水平提升问题具有非常重要的国家战略意义。本文在国内外开发区创新水平研究成果的基础上,结合国家高新区发展实际,构建了国家高新区创新水平测度指标体系,就构建原则、指标选取等相关问题作了重点说明,为国家高新区创新水平的提升提供了一个发展方向上的指引和评价与管理的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese national hi-tech industrial development zone makes a key function to promote the regional economies,and provide the powerful support for the development of national hi-tech industry.Under the background of implement scientific development view and construct innovation country,the question of innovation level in national hi-tech industrial development zone is very important issues of national strategic significance.Based on the home and abroad research results of innovation level in development zone,this paper conjuncts with the state’s high-tech industrial development zones,construct the evaluation indicator system of innovation level in national hi-tech industrial development zone,and highlight the construction principle,the target selection and so on related question,provide an orientation of development guideline and evaluation and management tool of innovation level in national hi-tech industrial development zone.更多还原
