【摘要】 本文以汉王科技作为研究对象,利用Rosenbloom所提出的商业模式定义来分析汉王的创新模式,主要包括价值命题、细分市场、价值链、赢利模式、网络外部性和竞争战略六个方面。本文的结论是:专注于主业并不断向价值链的中高端延伸是汉王成功的重要因素。另外,本文还从政府和企业两个层面提出了相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the business model developed by Rosenbloom,the paper analyzes the innovation model of Hanwang Technology,which includes value proposition,market segmentation,value chain,profit model,network externalities and competitive strategy.The paper concludes that focusing on core business and extending to medium-higher level of value chain are the underlying key successful factor of Hanwang.The paper also provides relevant policies from the level of government as well as firms.更多还原
