【摘要】 本文以有关科协及学会积累的经验和重庆市地方科技进步情况为例,针对自由探索和学术交流的内涵、原则、作用及科技社团在自主创新中的地位等展开研究,建立了创新思想与学术权威之间的不完全信息动态博弈模型,并进行了严格的数学逻辑推导。通过问卷调查的方式,并以学术交流中直接交流模式为重点,结合中外学术交流历史沿革,选取了具有代表性的实证案例进行系统分析,对自由探索与学术交流互动机理的关系和规律作了探索性研究,并提出了有针对性的若干对策和建议。更多还原
