【摘要】 对牦牛皮浸灰废液的循环利用进行了研究,其目的是减少浸灰废液排放量,提高化工原料利用率。结果表明:随着循环次数的增加,废液中COD和蛋白质的含量趋于平衡;循环在9次以内,皮的感观和理化性能都未有大的影响。通过循环过程物料平衡计算,浸灰液可节约硫化钠41%,氧化钙49%,水70%。最后,在西藏拉萨制革厂的应用试验中,共进行了8次循环试验,牦牛成品革的各项指标都满足QB1873-93的鞋面用皮革标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of the liming liquors recycling for yak hide was studied to reduce the effluent of liming liquors and the dosages of chemical materials.The results show that the contents of the COD and protein in the recycled liming liquors rise sharply with the recycle,until reached the maximum,then keep steady.The sensory and physical performances have a little changes in nine recycles.The dosages of Na2S,CaO and water are respectively reduced by 41%,49% and 70% in the recycling process.At last,the recycling experiment in the Lasa tannery(Tibet,China) was carried out eight times,and the resultant leather can meet the requirement of the shoe-upper.更多还原
