淀粉改性水处理剂制备及在铬鞣废液循环利用中的应用
Preparation and Application of Starch-modified Flocculant in Recycling Chrome Tanning Wastewater
【摘要】 采用淀粉改性水处理剂,利用絮凝气浮法可有效除去铬鞣废液中的油脂、蛋白质及其他杂质,从而消除了铬鞣废液直接循环利用中杂质累计对皮革性能的影响,使铬鞣废液得以实现直接循环使用。研究结果表明:在pH=5、处理剂用量为8mg/L条件下,COD去除率为70.98%、Cr3+去除率为8.5%。
【Abstract】 The impurities such as oils, proteins in chrome tanning wastewater could be removed by starch-modified flocculant, and thus the wastewater could be recycled and utilized effectively. It shows that under the conditions of pH:5 and the flocculant dosage 16mg/L, the removal rate of COD is 70.98% and Cr3+ is 8.5%.
