酸雨浸泡对加脂皮革性能的影响

【摘要】 采用不同的加脂剂对猪蓝湿革进行加脂处理,并将所得到的加脂皮革在人工配制的酸雨中浸泡一定时间,考察了酸雨浸泡处理对加脂皮革透水气性能和耐干热收缩性能的影响。结果表明:经过酸雨浸泡后,加脂皮革的干热收缩率均高于未浸泡试样,耐干热性能下降。随着浸泡时间的增加,皮革样品的透水气性首先增大,随后减小。

【Abstract】 Chrome tanned wet blue were fatliquored by different fatliquors and were immersed in laboratory-made acid rain for certain time. The influence of acid rain soaking on thermostability and water vapor permeability of the leathers were investigated. The results show that, after soaking by acid rain, dry heat shrinkage ratio of the leather increases, and the dry thermostability decreases. With the increase of soaking time, the water vapor permeability first increases, then decreases.
