【摘要】 比较了测定酶法脱毛液中糖含量的分析方法。其中3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定的是糖链末端还原糖(以葡萄糖计),硫酸-苯酚法测定的是总的2-羟基糖含量(以葡萄糖计),乙酰丙酮法测定的是总的2-氨基糖含量(以氨基葡萄糖计)。后2种方法综合,可以反映总糖含量,据此可以进一步探讨酶法脱毛机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The saccharide determination methods in enzymatic unhairing bath solution were compared.It shows that only terminal reducing saccharides can be determinated by DNS(3,5-dinitrosalicyclic acid) method.Total 2-hydroxy saccharide can be determinated by phenol-sulfuric acid method.And 2-amino saccharide can be determinated by acetyl acetone method.The general saccharide concentration could be reflected by the latter two methods together,which is helpful for the mechanism study of enzymatic unhairing.更多还原
