【摘要】 目的了解地区性老年性消化性溃疡(PU)的发病特点。方法对该院10年内经胃镜确诊的2455例老年性PU患者进行回顾性分析,并与同期5567例非老年PU患者的临床及胃镜结果进行对比分析。结果老年组PU检出率23.10%,胃痛多不典型,DU与GU发病比例,老年组1.19:1.00,非老年组2.41:1.00,两组差异有显著性(P<0.001)。溃疡发生部位老年组胃体、贲门、胃底溃疡、巨大溃疡均明显高于对照组。并发症两组差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论老年性PU的检出率逐年上升,胃溃疡构成比高,症状不典型,巨大溃疡常见,并发症发生率高,出血是最常见的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To find out regional epidemiological feature of peptic ulcer(PU) in the aged.【Methods】A retrospective study was conducted on 2 455 aged cases with PU diagnosed by endoscopy from 1998 to 2007,and we compared them with 5 567 cases with PU at the same period under the age of 60.【Results】The detecting rate of PU in the aged was 23.10%.The gastralgia was often typical in the aged.The incidence ratio of DU to GU in aged group was 1.19:1.As compared with that of 2.41 in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P <0.001).The occurrences of ulcers in body,cardia and fundus of stomach and giant ulcer were much higher in the aged group than those in control group(P <0.001).The complications were significantly different between two groups(P <0.001).【Conclusions】The rate of PU in the aged is rising year byyear.The ratio of the gastric ulcer in the aged is higher.The clinical manifestations of PU in the aged isn’t typical,giant ulcer are common,complications is more often,bleeding is the most common complication.更多还原
