【摘要】 目的评价乳管内视镜在乳腺导管内微小病变切除中的作用。方法对38例未扪及肿块而乳管内视镜检查发现为乳腺导管内隆起性病变的乳头溢液患者在乳管内视镜辅助下行病变切除术,总结分析手术方式的选择、病理符合率的情况。结果32例行乳腺导管部分切除术,4例行区段切除术,2例行改良根治术,病理符合率97.4%。结论乳腺导管内微小病变的切除在乳管内视镜辅助下能准确定位、合理选择手术方式,为实现乳管内肿瘤的微创治疗提供可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the effect of the resection of tiny pathology intraducta mammary gland assisted by fiberoptic ductoscopy. [Methods] 38 cases of nipple discharge without palpable mass, which were diagnosed tumour intraducta mammary gland by fiberoptic ductoscopy, had accepted resection of pathology assisted by fiberoptic ductoscopy. We analyzed the selection of surgical methods and the coincidence compared with histopathology. [Results] 32 cases had accepted partial excision of lacticiferous vessel, 4 cases had accepted resection of segment of mammary gland, and 2 cases had accepted improved total correction. The coincidence compared with histopathology was 97.4%. [Conclusion] The resection of tiny pathology intraducta mammary gland assisted by fiberoptic ductoscopy could help us to fix the tumour exactly, and to choose suitable surgical methods. So it could help us to diminish the wound of operation as far as possible.更多还原
