【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)的效果。方法回顾分析1998年7月～2003年12月在该科治疗的NIP患者28例,其中8例采用经鼻内镜下NIP切除术,20例采用联合Caldwell-luc手术鼻内镜NIP切除术。结果术后随访24～60个月,2例复发,复发率7.0%。结论采用鼻内镜手术治疗NIP有良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the effect of nasal inverted papilloma (NIP) by the endoscopic sinus surgery. [Method] Data were prospectively collected and reviewed on 28 patients with inverted papilloma of Nasal and Paranasal Sinus underwent endoscopic management from July 1998 to December 2003. 8 of all cases were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery, 20 of all cases were treated with the combined transnasal and Caldwell-luc endoscopic surgical procedures. [Result] All patients were followed for 24-60 months. The recurrence of the NIP was identified in two cases (7%). [Conclusion] The endoscopic sinus surgery is an effective treatment for inverted papilloma.更多还原
