【摘要】 目的比较后腹腔镜肾上腺手术和开放性肾上腺手术的优势。方法同期收治肾上腺肿瘤18例。后腹腔镜肾上腺手术12例,其中2例转为开放性手术,开放性手术共8例。比较两种方法的手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间、手术并发症的差别。结果后腹腔镜手术时间为100min左右,全部手术顺利,出血30mL左右,均未输血,术后住院7d,无并发症;开放手术时间为120min左右,出血100mL,均未输血,术后住院11d,胸膜损伤1例。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺手术与开放肾上腺手术相比,出血少,创伤小,恢复快,无并发症。但特殊情况下开放手术仍有一定优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To compare posterior laparoscopic adrenalectomy with open adrenalectomy. [Methods] There were 18 cases of adrena neoplasm involved in this study, including 12 cases receiving posterior lararoscopic adrenalectmy and 8 cases receiving open aperation. The differences in operation time, average bleeding volume, postoperative hospital stay and occurrence of complication of the two procedures were compared. [Results] Posterior laparoscopic adrenalectomy was technically successful in 12 cases. The mean operation time was 100 min for laparoscopic procedure and 120 min for open operation. The mean blood loss was 30 mL in laparoscopic procedure and 100 mL in open operation. The mean postoperative hospital stay was 7 days without any complicaton for laparoscopic procedure and 11 days with one case of injure of pleura for open operation. [Conclusion] As compared with open operation, posterior laparoscopic adrenalectomy has the advantage of reducing bleeding, minimizing invasion, and accelerating recovery with shortened hospital stay. But under certain circumstances, open operation showed its superiorities for adrenalectomy.更多还原
