【摘要】 以难选的木瓜矿焦煤和庞塔矿焦煤为研究对象进行浮选试验,主要研究了MJ复合药剂条件下药剂用量和矿浆浓度对浮选效果的影响以及和煤油浮选效果的比较。研究表明MJ复合药剂能满足现场生产要求;MJ复合药剂和煤油浮选效果接近,但MJ复合药剂用量低于煤油。MJ复合药剂在处理难选煤时具有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Targeting on the flotation process for coking coal of Mugua mine and Pangta mine,both are hard-to-wash coal,this paper focuses on the dose of the MJ compound and the concentration of pulp,their influence on the flotation result and comparison with the result if otherwise kerosene is used for the flotation.The study result indicates that the MJ compound does meet the requirements of flotation and that the result is similar to that of kerosene flotation.The difference is that less MJ compound is required compared with kerosene for the flotation.MJ compound is therefore of certain value in processing hard-to-wash coal.更多还原
