椎基动脉开窗畸形处动脉瘤的血流动力学数值模拟分析研究

【摘要】 目的探讨椎基动脉开窗畸形处动脉瘤的血流动力学特点,分析该畸形处易并发动脉瘤的原因。方法结合DSA图像,采用计算流体力学(CFD)有限元方法的软件,对1例椎基动脉开窗畸形处动脉瘤行血流动力学数值模拟分析。结果此例椎基动脉开窗畸形处动脉瘤的血流动力学特性符合血管分叉处颅内动脉瘤的血流动力学特性,同时具有双支合并入流的特点。结论CFD数值模拟能直观地的反映动脉瘤的血流动力学特点。椎基动脉开窗畸形处易于并发动脉瘤与其特殊血管分叉结构有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the hemodynamic characteristics of the intracranial aneurysm associated with the fenestration of vertebrobasilar artery, and to analyze the reason for the fenestration of the vertebrobasilar artery frequently associated with intracranial aneurysm. Methods The hemodynamic digital simulation in one patient with the intracranial aneurysm associated with the vertebroba-silar artery fenestration was processed by the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software according to DSA images. Results The hemodynamic characteristics of the intracranial aneurysm associated with the fenestration, in which special hemodynamic characteristics of two arteries inflow-combination were found, was consistent with that of intracranial aneurysm in the arterial bifurcation. Conclusions The digital simulation by CFD can directly reflect the hemodynamic characteristics of the intracranial aneurysms. The formation of the intracranial aneurysm frequently associated with the vertebrobasilar artery fenestration is related to the special morphology similar to the arterial bifurcation in the fenestration segment.
