三相泡沫发泡器发泡机理及设计原理
Foaming Mechanism and Design Principles of a Three-Phase-Foam Generator
【摘要】 为了使粉煤灰或黄泥浆液形成高质量的三相泡沫,研制了专门用于不均质固体颗粒发泡的三相泡沫发泡器.介绍了发泡器的发泡机理,模拟了发泡器内不同扩散角度下泥浆流速和管内静压的分布,建立了发泡器发泡的流体动力学方程.结果表明:扩散角为60°时压力分布和流速最满足形成三相泡沫的条件,三相泡沫发泡器结构简单,本身不需要接入外界任何动力装置,且发泡效率高、产生泡沫均匀细腻、能适应不同固体颗粒粒径的浆液材料.
【Abstract】 A three-phase foam generator was developed for making fly ash or slurry into high-performance three-phase-foam.The foaming mechanism of the foam generator was discussed.The distribution of flow rates and pressures of the slurry with different diffusion angles was simulated.The results show that the flow rate and pressure with a 60° diffusion angle meet the conditions for forming three-phase-foam.The structure of the foaming generator is simple and no additional powered device is needed.The foam generator has high efficiency and is suitable for slurry with different size particles.
