深基坑-高层建筑共同作用实例研究

【摘要】 在高层建筑物旁进行深基坑开挖,保证建筑物和基坑的安全至关重要.为了研究深基坑与邻近建筑的共同作用问题,用FLAC3D计算软件对其进行三维模型的分析,分析了条桩与超近建筑物之间位移变化的相互关系,以及在不同开挖阶段对桩体的内力、基坑的土体位移,并与实测结果进行比较,研究土体压力、桩体内力与建筑物变形之间的关系.结果表明:建筑物的变形与支护桩体的变形密切相关,通过加强桩体刚度,可以有效地减少建筑物的变形.模型计算与实测结果相符.

【Abstract】 It is very important to ensure the safety of adjacent buildings and the foundations when performing deep excavations near them.The software FALC3D was used to study the interaction between a building and an adjacent deep pit and the retaining-piles used to stabilize the pit.The displacements and internal forces of the piles and the displacements of a nearby building during different stages of excavation were estimated numerically.The relationships between the compressive stresses in the soils,the internal forces of the piles and the displacements of the building were obtained.The results show that building and retaining-pile deformation are related and that the building’s deformation can be reduced by increasing the stiffness of the retaining structures.The results from field tests are consistent with the numerical simulations.
