单一重选法选别湖北绢云母的技术研究

【摘要】 以湖北地区绢云母矿石为对象,采用原矿破碎-捣浆-分散-分级工艺流程,实现绢云母与石英的分离。考察了解离、分散和分级等条件对单一重选法分选绢云母的影响,其中采用水力旋流器作为分级设备进行开路流程获得的绢云母精矿,含K2O 9.28%,K2O回收率61.23%,实现了绢云母的选矿富集。对绢云母矿石选别精矿和尾矿,分别作XRD组分分析、化学元素分析和SEM外观观察。结果表明,单一重选法实现了绢云母和石英的有效分离。

【Abstract】 With sericite ore produced in hubei province as the object,the separation of sericite from quartz can be realized using a technique flowsheet that raw ore crushing stirring dispersion-classification.The influence of some conditions such as liberation,dispersion and classification on processing sericite through single gravity concentration method was reviewed,the grade of the concentrate obtained by the open-circuit flowsheet using hydrocyclone as classification equipment is K2O 9.28%,and the recovery of K2O is 61.23%.So the enrichment of sericite has been realized.XRD analyse,chemical element analyse and SEM observing to the concentrate and tailings obtained by processing sericite were carried out.The results show that a effective separation between sericite and quartz has been realized by single gravity concentration method.
