【摘要】 为了对汽车车身曲面品质进行评价,从曲面精度、光顺性、美观性、结构性、工艺性和经济性六个方面提出了汽车车身曲面品质评价体系。采用模糊综合评价获得最终结果。在应用该方法时,首先采用模糊层次分析法确定车身曲面评价体系中各指标权重,然后使用模糊综合评价方法求取最终的评价结果,从而建立了汽车车身曲面品质的评价模型。最后,结合某车型前保险杠曲面品质评价的应用实例,验证了该方法的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the quality of automobile surfaces, a quality evaluation system which was based on the precision, smoothness, assessment, structure, technology and economy of the surfaces was established and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process was applied to get the evaluation. In the method, fuzzy analytic hierarch process (FAHP) was used to obtain the weight of evaluating indicator at first. And then, the result of evaluation was obtained by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. At last, combining the quality evaluation of a front-bumper, the feasibility of this method was proved.更多还原
