【摘要】 针对汽车产业供应特点及其信息化现状,提出基于应用服务提供商(ASP)模式的汽车产业供应商关系管理(SRM)平台(ASP-SRM平台),深入研究了该平台下采购寻源、绩效管理、关系管理和协同管理四类典型业务,规划了由制造商用户模块、供应商用户模块、共用模块和公共信息服务模块构成的业务集成框架,提出了由用户层、应用服务层、系统管理层、技术实现层和平台基础层构成的系统架构。试点应用表明,该平台在汽车产业具有良好的适用性和应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on characteristic of supply and application condition of IT in automobile industry, proposed an ASP-based (application service provider mode) SRM (supplier relationship management) system platform. To research four class typical business: supplier selection, performance management, relationship management and collaborative management, designed business integration framework constituted by four module: manufacturers, suppliers, sharing module and public information service module, proposed platform system structure consist of user layer, application service layer, systems management layer, technology layer and platform-based layer.
