【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的治疗效果。方法使用超声引导微创经皮肾镜钬激光治疗复杂性肾结石121例,超声引导经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石82例,比较碎石率、结石取净率和术后严重并发症。结果超声引导微创经皮肾镜钬激光组碎石率一期为95.8%,二期为96.0%;结石取净率一期为89.6%,二期为92.0%;术后严重并发症3.3%;超声引导经皮肾镜气压弹道组碎石率一期为83.9%,二期为85.0%;结石取净率一期为74.2%,二期为80.0%;术后严重并发症3.7%。结论超声引导微创经皮肾镜钬激光治疗复杂性肾结石疗效明显优于气压弹道碎石,是治疗复杂肾结石的一种安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy with mini-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(MPCNL) holmium laser under ultrasonic guidance for the treatment of complicated renal calculi.Methods The MPCNL holmium laser under ultrasonic guidance was used for the treatment of complicated renal calculi in 121 patients,The percutaneous pneumatic nephrolithotripsy was used for the treatment of complicated renal calculi in 82 patients,and their lithotripsy rate,the stone free rate and serious complications after surgery were compared.Results From 121 cases,the lithotripsy rate in the first and second sessions with MPCNL holmium laser under ultrasonic guidance was 95.8%,and 96.0% respectively;the stone free rate in the two sessions was 89.6% and 92.0%,respectively;the rate of serious complications after surgery was 3.3%.From 82 cases,the lithotripsy rate in the first and second sessions with percutaneous pneumatic nephrolithotripsy under ultrasonic guidance was 83.9% and 85.0%,respectively;the stone free rate in the two sessions was 74.2% and 80.0%,respectively;the rate of serious complications after surgery was 3.7%.Conclusions The efficacy with MPCNL is better than pneumatics under ultrasonic guidance for treatment of complicated renal calculi,and more safe and effective.更多还原
