优化计算在拱桥液压同步提升转体施工控制中的应用

【摘要】 根据一阶最优化计算理论,构建了采用液压同步提升技术进行转体施工拱桥的优化有限元模型。指定各吊点提升索力大小为设计变量,将结构物特定点的空间坐标设为目标函数,液压同步提升技术的控制要求则设为约束条件,通过对目标函数的优化处理,求解各竖转角度下的结构受力,并通过算例和现场试验予以验证。结果表明:该方法能有效节省计算工作量,在采用转体技术施工的桥梁施工控制中有着广泛的工程应用前景。

【Abstract】 Based on first-order optimization calculating theory,authors established the optimal finite element model of swivel construction of arch bridge adopting hydraulic sync elevation technology.In the model,authors appointed the magnitude of lifting-cable forces at each suspension centre as design variables,appointed the spatial coordinate of designated point on the structure as the objective function,and constituted the control demands of hydraulic sync elevation technology as the constraint conditions.By minimizing the objective function,authors calculated the structure behaviors in different vertical swivel angle,feasibility of the method was verified by example and field test.Results show that the method can save calculating workload and has widely application foreground on construction monitoring of swivel erected bridges.
