部分预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁疲劳性能研究
Study of Fatigue Behaviors of Partially Prestressed Concrete Beams with CFRP Tendons
【摘要】 通过4根梁的300万次高周疲劳试验,对疲劳荷载下部分预应力碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)筋混凝土梁的受力过程、破坏模式及荷载-挠度特性等进行了研究。在综合考虑疲劳残余应变、疲劳弹性模量退化及疲劳强度退化等的基础上,基于ANSYS二次开发实现了部分预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁的疲劳全过程分析。结果表明:部分预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁具有良好的疲劳性能,非预应力筋的应力幅对预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁的疲劳性能起控制作用,且软件计算值与试验结果吻合良好。
【Abstract】 Based on 3 million cycles fatigue tests of 4 beams,failure process,failure patterns and deflection-loading characteristic curves of partially prestressed concrete beams with CFRP tendons were investigated in detail.After considering the fatigue residual strain,fatigue degeneration of elastic modules and strength,fatigue full-range analysis of partially prestressed concrete beams with CFRP tendons were carried out by secondary empolder of ANSYS.Study results show that partially prestressed concrete beams with CFRP tendons exhibit good fatigue behaviors,and stress range of nonprestressed steel rebars is a key factor to the global fatigue behaviors of beams.The calculated values are in good agreement with test results.
