【Abstract】 The known evaluation scales of linguistic information are analyzed,and their disadvantages are pointed out.Furthermore,a new evaluation scale of linguistic information is developed.Based on the developed evaluation scale,linguistic weighted averaging(LWA) operator and linguistic hybrid aggregation(LHA) operator,a method is proposed to evaluate the management of enterprise technology innovation in Jiangsu province.Theoretical analysis and numerical results show that the proposed method is not only straightforward and feasible,but also has no loss of information.更多还原
