【摘要】 森林在应对气候变化中的独特作用越来越受到国际社会的关注,随之导致对国际碳市场乃至森林碳汇交易市场的讨论逐步升温。该文从国际碳交易的背景分析人手,论述了碳交易产生的经济学基础和依据,根据森林碳汇特点以及实施碳汇项目的国际规则和支撑碳汇交易的市场条件等,认为中国目前还不具备建立森林碳汇交易市场的条件,但应提倡和鼓励企业和个人自愿参与以积累碳汇为目的的植树造林活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the unique impacts of forest on climate change are concerning the international community, more and more discussions are focused on international carbon market and forestry carbon sink trade business.After analyzing the background of international carbon trade,the economic basis of carbon trade,the characteristics of forestry carbon sink,and international practice for carbon sink projects as well as market conditions for carbon sink trade business,this paper concludes that China has not yet had the mature condition for forestry carbon sink trade while government should advocate and encourage enterprises and individuals to participate in forestation activities voluntarily to accumulate carbon sink.更多还原
