300MW机组冷端系统试验研究与性能优化

【摘要】 根据300MW机组冷端系统试验数据,分析了机组通流部分改造前后冷端系统设备运行性能和存在的问题,以及机本体性能与冷端系统性能匹配问题。对单体冷端设备进行了改造和性能优化,凝汽器入口加装排汽导流板后,凝汽器压力降低0.371~0.583kPa,端差下降约3.4℃,传热系数提高634.22w/(m2·℃);冷却塔性能优化后,降低了出塔水温;A、B循环水泵改造后,提高了单泵流量,并可灵活调节其运行方式。冷端设备性能优化后,冷端系统整体运行性能提高了,背压约降低1.7kPa,机组煤耗率降低约5.3g/(kW·h)。

【Abstract】 Based on the test data for the cold end system of 300 MW turbine unit, several issues were introduced on the retrofit of steam passage flow, including the operation performance and problems of cold end equipment, the performance matching between turbine property and cold end system.The cold end equipment was retrofitted and optimized in performance.By installed guiding plates at the inlet of condenser, the condenser pressure and the temperature difference between ends dropped by 0.371~0.583 kPa and 3.4 ℃ respectively, while the heat transfer coefficient increased 634.22 w/(m2·℃).In light with the performance optimization of cooling tower, the water outlet temperature has been reduced.After the retrofit of A and B circulating water pump, the unit flow of pump was increased with more flexible operation modes.After the performance optimization of cold end equipment, the overall operation performance of cold end system was improved with the condenser pressure and coal con-sumption reducing by 1.7 kPa and 5.3 g/(kW·h) separately.
