全寿命周期成本(LCC)方法在500kV地下变电站GIS采购中的应用
Research of LCC method and its applications to GIS purchases in 500 kV underground substations
【摘要】 介绍上海市电力公司全寿命周期成本(LCC)管理的实践,将LCC管理方法应用于设备招标选型的决策和评估。以上海市中心城区新建500kV世博地下变电站气体绝缘开关装置(GIS)设备的招标工作为例,提出一套科学的LCC设备招标、评标和验证方法,并应用于世博变电站GIS设备的具体采购。该项目的完成为电力公司在设备管理方面开展LCC管理提供参照标准和经验。
【Abstract】 The implementation of the life cycle cost (LCC) management research project was presented. The LCC management method was applied to the decision-making and evaluation of equipment bidding invitations and type selections for construction projects. The example of gas insulation switchgear (GIS) purchasing in World Expo 500 kV underground substation in Shanghai was described. It will provide the guidance of LCC management in utility construction projects.
