【摘要】 法国ALSTOM公司设计的300 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉汽水系统流程复杂,主汽温自动控制是一个难点。在白马示范电站引进的国内首台此类型CFB锅炉机组试运行期间,采用常规串级PID调节方案控制主汽温不能取得满意的效果。针对主汽温大纯滞后、外部扰动频繁的动态特性,设计了状态变量控制和常规PID相结合的控制方案,在前馈回路增加了惯性环节,调整了PID调节器的参数。实践证明:主汽温自动控制经优化调试后,在30%的负荷变动及锅炉蒸汽吹灰等过程中,主汽温波动幅度均能控制在设定值±6℃的范围内。

【Abstract】 The steam water system in 300 MW CFB boiler,which is designed by Alstom,France,is very complicated;as a result,it is difficult to control the main steam temperature.During the trial operation of the first introduced CFB boiler in Baima Demonstration Power Plant,the control effect was not so favorable by using conventional cascade PID regulation.Considering the specific dynamic characteristics of main steam temperature,such as large lag and frequent exterior disturbances,the control mode combining state observer with conventional PID controller was designed,inertia section was added in feedforward loop,and the parameters of PID controller were adjusted.The practical application shows that the fluctuation of main steam temperature can be controlled within ±6 ℃ in case of the load variation within 30% and steam sootblowing of boiler,in the light of automatic control for main steam temperature.
