国产大型CFB锅炉的开发研制与工程示范
R&D and demonstration of large domestic CFB boilers
【摘要】 为开发国产大容量循环流化床(CFB)锅炉技术,通过试验台及实炉试验,系统地研究了CFB锅炉大型化的关键技术,建立了炉内精确传热计算模型和炉膛高度计算模型,开发了紧凑式分流回灰换热器专利技术,提出了大型CFB锅炉复合炉型的设计思想和炉型布置方案。开发研制的首台国产100MW及210MWCFB锅炉已在江西分宜发电厂成功投入运行,各项技术性能优良。研制的国产330MWCFB锅炉示范工程正在实施阶段。简要介绍了国产600MW超临界CFB锅炉设计方案及主要技术难点。
【Abstract】 In order to devolop domestic large-capacity CFB boiler technology, key technologies of large CFB boilers were researched systematically on the test bench and actual CFB boiler. The calculation models for heat transferring inside furnace and furnace height were established. A patent technology of CHE was developed, in addition, the design concept and furnace layout of large combined boiler were proposed. The first domestical 100 MW and 210 MW CFB boilers have been put into commericial operation in Fenyi Power Plant with excellent performance. Domestic 330 MW CFB boiler demonstration project is now being performed. The design scheme and main difficulties for domestic 600 MW supercritical CFB boilers were briefly introduced.
