基于博弈论的电力市场竞价策略研究

【摘要】 电力市场中,发电商的收益很大程度上取决于其采用的竞价策略,发电商在竞价时间内可多次调整自己的竞价策略以获取更大利润。从发电商角度出发,考虑了多个竞争对手,以保证生产成本回收为前提。基于黑龙江省电力市场以及东北区域电力市场,运用博弈论原理分析了供大于求的发电侧电力市场参与者之间的竞争心理,并制定了不同条件下的竞价策略,通过竞价实践,证明了该方法的实用性。

【Abstract】 In the electricity market, Power Plants’ income, to a large extent, depends on the bidding strategies it uses. Power Plants can adjust its bidding strategy again and again in the bidding time to obtain greater profits. From the perspective of Power Plants, this paper considered the conditions of other competitors to make sure the recovery of production costs. Basing on the electricity market in Heilongjiang Province in Northeast China, by using the basic principle of Gaming theory, the participants’ competitive psychologies in power generation side of the electricity market was analyzed, and competitive strategies under different conditions were developed. This method is proved to be useful in bidding practice by case study.
