配煤煤灰内矿物质转变过程与熔融特性规律

【摘要】 选取2种灰成分以及灰熔点差异较大的平朔和神木煤样进行相配,研究配煤灰样内矿物质的转变过程与熔融特性规律。神木煤灰在熔融前(1 080℃)含有石英SiO2、Fe2O3、钙铁辉石、硅灰石、硅铝钙石、易变辉石、柱沸石和钙黄长石等矿物质,由于这些含钙矿物间的相互作用以及赤铁矿的存在,生成了低温共融体化合物,导致灰熔点较低。当配入平朔煤后,平朔煤灰样内所富含的硅、铝氧化物成分改变了神木灰样内的矿物组成,灰样内的矿物质逐渐由富含Si、Fe、Ca、S矿物质向富含Al、Si矿物质转变,生成了一定量的莫来石,随着配煤灰样中平朔煤样所占比例的增加,在加热过程中莫来石的含量增加,钙长石含量逐渐减少,明显改善了煤灰的熔融特性。

【Abstract】 The Pingshuo and Shenmu coal which are different distinctly in ash property were selected and blended to study the minerals transition process and melting characteristics of blended coal-ash.There are some minerals such as Quartz、 Hematite、Hedenbergite、Wollastonite、Vuagnatite、Pigeonite、 Epistilbite、Gehlenite et al in the Shenmu coal-ash at 1 080 ℃ before melting.Because of the interaction of those minerals that rich of Ca & Fe in Shenmu coal-ash,the low temperature eutectic was formed,and it resulted to the low melting points of the coal-ash.When Pingshuo coal was blended into Shenmu coal,the Si/Al-oxides that rich in Pingshuo coal-ash changed the composition of minerals in Shenmu coal-ash.The minerals that rich of Si、Fe、Ca & S transformed to the other minerals that rich of Al & Si at high temperature,such as Mullite being formed in quantity.As the ratio of Pingshuo coal increasing in blended coal,the content of Mullite increased and that of Anorthite decreased.So the melting characteristics of blended coal-ashes were improved distinctly.
