超声反演法无创测温实验研究
Non-invasive Temperature Measurement Using Acoustic-inversion Method:Experimental Study
【摘要】 目的评估超声反演法无创测温精度和测温范围。方法分别以新鲜离体动物组织、活体动物、人体肝癌为实验对象,采用射频消融(RFA)作为加热方法,同时用热电耦和超声反演法测量针尖外媒质的温度。结果超声反演法测温精度大约在±3℃左右,测温范围可达90℃左右。结论超声反演法是一种新的无创超声测温手段,有望成为HIFU治疗过程中的温度监测手段。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the accuracy and range of the acoustic-inversion method(AIM);Methods The porcine samples、live animal’s organs and human liver cancers were heated by RFA,and the temperature of the needle tips of RFA was measured by AIM and thermocouples.Results In comparison with the thermocouple temperature calibration,an accuracy of ±3 ℃ throughout the temperature range of 90℃ were reached.Conclusions Acoustic-inversion method is a new kind of non-invasive temperature measurements,which demonstrates great potentials in HIFU.
