【摘要】 通过对浙江省瑞安市农村卫生服务现状的调查,分析得出农民在就诊地点上的选择与距离远近、价格高低成正比,乡镇卫生院、乡村卫生室和私人诊所是他们首选的就诊地点的结论。而这些服务机构的服务水平并不让人乐观。因此提高这些医疗机构的服务水平,让农民群众小病不出村,大病不出镇(县),是解决农民看病难的有效途径之一。结合温州医学院结对帮扶当地13家基层卫生机构的成功经验,提出通过城市医院结对帮扶乡镇卫生院的方式来提高农村卫生服务水平,帮助农民解决看病难问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essay finds out that the choice of clinic visiting place of the peasant is directly proportional to the distance of place and the price after investigation to the health service status of countryside of Rui’an City, Zhejiang Province. Countryside health center, township health center and private clinic are their first choice. However, the service level of those organizations is not satisfactory. Improving the service level of those medical organizations and realizing minor illness treated in countryside and senior illness treated in township(county)of the peasant, is one of the effective manners to solve the problem of difficult medical service of the peasant. On the basis of successful experience of twining and help between Wenzhou Medical College and thirteen basic level health centers, the essay puts forward the solution of twining and help between urban hospital and township health center to improve the health service level of countryside and solve the problem of difficult medical service of the peasant.更多还原
