【摘要】 目的研究6城市低保对象对医疗救助的心理需求,为医疗救助模式的建立和改进提供合理的政策建议。方法在分层抽样的基础上对1116名低保对象进行了问卷调查,分析其对医疗救助的期望情况。结果低保对象最想了解的救助政策是救助的内容和救助的额度;理想的救助模式应该大小病兼顾;理想的门诊或住院救助模式是发放救助卡或医院垫付。结论尚需进一步加强医疗救助相关政策的宣传力度,实施主动服务;在救助方案的设计时,应充分考虑其特点,优先纳入最贫困的人群,解决其最迫切的疾病问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Understanding the mental demands of urban poor people to medical assistance. Afford the reasonable policy and measures for medical assistance. METHODS 1 116 Urban poor people were stratified randomized choose as sampled population. The data were collected by survey by household survey. RESULTS The poor people want to know the contents and limits of medical assistance mostly. The ideal model is to offer assistance for both serious illness and ailment in advance. CONCLUSION The government still has much work to do,including need to explicit governmental function,strengthening publicizing of medical assistance,providing various designs of medical assistance.更多还原
