【摘要】 目的了解高校辅导员教师一般自我效能感状况。方法采用调查问卷调查法,对大庆市3所高校(分别为理工院校、农林院校和医学院校)的169名辅导员进行调查。结果⑴调查对象一般自我效能感得分为2.52±0.49分,显著低于量表常模(P<0.01);⑵理工、农林、医学3所院校的辅导员一般自我效能感得分差异无统计学意义(F=1.51,P>0.05);⑶所调查对象的一般自我效能感得分与其年龄、职务、学历、工作年限以及辅导员工作年限均无关(P>0.05)。结论在辅导员工作过程中,相关管理部门应该重视提高高校辅导员的一般自我效能感。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVES To explore the statues of general self-efficacy feeling condition of university ideological and political instructors.METHODS 169 university ideological and political instructors selected from three universities(respectively science and technology university,farming and forestry and medical university)in Daqing were investigated by using general self-efficacy scale.RESULTS ⑴The mark of the investigation object on general self-efficacy is 2.52±0.49,obviously is lower than scale norm(P<0.01);⑵The difference of the mark on the general self-efficacy is of non-statistics significance(F=1.51,P>0.05);⑶The mark of the general self-efficacy is not related to the age,the duty,the school record,the working life,and the instructor working life(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS Great importance should be attached to general self-efficacy of the university ideological and political instructors by the correlation control section in the working process.更多还原
