【摘要】 目的探讨深圳市罗湖区社区卫生服务资源配置状况及其公平性程度,为合理配置罗湖区社区卫生服务资源提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,以深圳市罗湖区36家社区卫生服务机构为研究对象。并用Lorenz曲线和Gini系数对36家社区卫生服务资源配置状况进行评价。结果在资源配置人均拥有量上罗湖区较为充足;在资源配置公平程度上,社区卫技人员总数、社区医生数、机构设施数、市政府对社区卫生服务投入经费等资源在人口配置上其Gini系数处于0.2～0.4之间,其公平状态处于最佳状态和正常状态;而业务用房和护士数Gini系数>0.4,均处于警戒状态。结论在资源人均拥有数量上,罗湖区有一定的优势,但在资源配置的公平性方面,还有调整的空间,尤其在业务用房和护士数的配置方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the status and fairness of health resource distribution of Luohu Community Health Service in Shenzhen and provide the objective evidences in reasonably distrubuting health resource for Luohu Community.METHODS By the cluster sampling method,the survey groups are 36 community health service institutions in Luohu,Shenzhen.The collected data,though the questionnaire investigation,on health resource distribution of the survey groups is evaluated with the analysis method of Lorenz and Gini.RESULTS The average quantity of everyone possessing health resource is more sufficient in Luohu.The fairness of health resource distribution,such as the total work staff,doctors,equipments,government’s investment in Luohu Community Health Service Institutions,is the best with Gini 0.2~0.4.But the working space and nurses are on the borderline with Gini>0.4.CONCLUSIONS The average quantity of everyone possessing health resource is more sufficient in Luohu,but fairness of health resource distribution,especially on working space and nurses,should be regulated gradually.更多还原
