【摘要】 为了解单胎顺产患者住院费用的影响因素,合理控制医保患者费用的过快增长,对廊坊市单胎顺产患者住院费用进行了深入分析。在对比医保与非医保患者的住院费用构成基础上,对不同患者住院医院级别、住院天数、入院时情况等因素进行探查,并进一步采用多元逐步回归法挖掘单胎顺产患者住院费用的关键影响因素。建议针对相关影响因素,制定合适的医保支付标准,合理引导病人流向,在保障患者基本权利的基础上,实现控制医保费用的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to look for the influencing factors of the single-fetus delivery inpatient expenditure and rationally control the excess growth of the insured patients,this paper makes an in-deep analysis of single-fetus delivery inpatient expenditure.Based on the contrast of the composition between the insured and non-insured inpatient expenditures,the paper explores the potential influential factors of the expenditure,such as hospital level,stay days,the status of access to hospital.Furtherly this paper takes stepwise regress to dig out the key influencing factors.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions accordingly to develop rational payment standard,so as to both control the health insurance expenditure and protect the right of patients.更多还原
