【摘要】 通过对浙江省瑞安市农村卫生服务现状的调查与分析,指出农村公共卫生建设与经济发展不协调,城乡医疗卫生资源分配不合理,卫生投入不能满足卫生事业发展的需要,农民医药费用支出增长速度大大快于农民收入的增长速度,因病致贫、因病返贫现象依然突出等问题,提出加大政府投入,不断完善新型农村合作医疗的机制,调整优化农村卫生资源,加强农村卫生服务人才队伍建设,进一步完善药品采购制度等建议,为建立健全瑞安市农村公共卫生防治体系提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the survey and analysis of the status quo of rural health service in Ruian City of Zhejiang Province,we find that the problems such as disharmony in public health development and economic development,unreasonable distribution between urban and rural medical resources,insufficient health investing in health development,are still serious.The purpose of this paper is to bring up some suggestions as references,which include increasing financial investing,perfecting new type of rural cooperative medical care system,adjusting rural health resource,strengthening the development of rural health service labor team,perfecting medicine purchasing system,and etc.,for establishing and developing the rural public health prevention and cure system in Ruian City.更多还原
