【摘要】 目的:了解大香格里拉地区生殖保健服务网络的现状,以探索适宜区域情况的服务模式。方法:运用定量调查和定性研究相结合的方法进行调查。结果:大香格里拉地区生殖保健服务网络呈现3种模式,模式之间存在较大差异。3种服务模式普遍存在服务机构不完善、服务人员缺乏、技术服务水平低等问题。结论:该地区生殖保健基本公共服务非均等化问题突出,基本公共服务严重不足。建议根据不同地区的实际情况构建和完善服务体系,整合服务资源,创新管理机制,在服务活动与内容协同等方面探索适宜的生殖保健服务模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Understanding the current situation of reproductive health care in the Shangri-la area,to explore the appropriate models of health care for different districts.Methods:Using the method of combining quantitative survey with qualitative research.Results:There were three patterns of productive health care in the Shangri-la area,with significant difference among them.There were something wrong with health care infrastructure and ability of technical service,the shortage of health personal was very serious in these models.Conclusion:In this area,the problems of unequal basic health service for public are especially serious,being severely lacking for the basic public health care.We should explore proper service models for reproductive health care as follows: rebuild or improve the health care networks for women and children,integrate the resource of health care and family planning,innovate the management mechanism and cooperate the activities of health service with the content.更多还原
