【摘要】 目的:通过对水肿胎儿进行尸体解剖并结合临床资料,分析胎儿水肿(hydrops fetalis,HF)的成因及致死原因。方法:对1999~2006年37例HF的系统性尸体解剖资料及临床病史、实验室检查及B超检查的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:HF经B超提示33例,HF的发生与孕母年龄无相关。母儿血型不合、宫内感染、染色体异常、胎盘脐带因素、重要器官发育不正常、单卵双胎、孕母存在高血压、肝炎、糖尿病或不合理用药均是或可能是HF发生的原因。结论:HF是由多种病因导致的死亡率极高的综合征,通过尸检和临床资料的对照,可以明确多数HF病例导致死亡的原因,为临床的防治HF提供依据和理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the etiology and cause for death of hydrops fetalis(HF)through integrating of autopsy results and clinical data.Methods:Data of systematic autopsy,clinical history and results of laboratory tests and ultrasonograph of 37 HF cases of this department from 1999 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The cases prompted by fetal ultrasonography were 33.HF were born by women in various ages.And hemolysis,infection inside uterus,abnormity of chromosome,factors of placenta or umbilical cord,abnormal development of important organs,monochorionic pregnancies,diseases such as hypertension,hepatitis and diabetes etc or misuse of medicine during pregnancy were or maybe were the causes of HF.Conclusion:HF is a syndrome caused by various factors,and has a high mortality.With autopsy of stillborn and review of clinical history,most of the death cause of HF are made clear to offer some useful theories and bases to prevent and treat HF.更多还原
