PAI-1基因启动子区4G/5G多态性与反复自然流产相关性的研究
Study on the association between the 4G/5G polymorphism in the promoter region of the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 gene and recurrent spontaneous miscarriage
【摘要】 目的:探讨纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)基因启动子区4G/5G插入和缺失多态性与反复自然流产的相关性。方法:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测57例反复自然流产患者和153例对照组PAI-1基因启动子区4G/5G多态性,并进行比较。结果:反复自然流产组PAI-1基因型频率和等位基因频率分布:4G/4G为26.3%,4G/5G为54.4%,5G/5G为19.3%,4G等位基因频率为0.535,5G等位基因频率为0.465;对照组PAI-1基因型频率和等位基因频率分布:4G/4G为21.6%,4G/5G为56.2%,5G/5G为22.2%,4G等位基因频率为0.497,5G等位基因频率为0.503,经统计学处理,两组各基因型和等位基因频率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:PAI-1基因启动子区4G/5G多态性与反复自然流产发病无明显的相关性。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the association between the 4G/5G insertion or deletion polymorphism in the promoter region of the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)gene and recurrent spontaneous miscarriage.Methods:The 4G/5G polymorphism of the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 gene was analyzed in 57 women with recurrent spontaneous miscarriage and 153 normal control women by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results:The genotype frequencies and the allele frequencies of PAI-1 gene in women with recurrent spontaneous miscarriage were 4G/4G 26.3%,4G/5G 54.4%,5G/5G 19.3%,4G 0.535,5G 0.465,and those in control women were 4G/4G 21.6%,4G/5G 56.2%,5G/5G 22.2%,4G 0.497 and 5G 0.503.The genotype frequencies and the allele frequencies of PAI-1 gene in women with recurrent spontaneous miscarriage were not different from those of control women.Conclusion:There is no significant association between the 4G/5G polymorphism of the plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 gene and recurrent spontaneous miscarriage.
