【摘要】 目的:探讨子宫蜕膜组织血管内皮细胞第Ⅷ因子相关抗原对于复发性流产的病理诊断价值。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,对30例复发性流产患者(流产组)和10例正常孕妇(对照组)的子宫蜕膜血管进行免疫病理观察。结果:流产组蜕膜血管内皮细胞第Ⅷ因子相关抗原缺失(阴性),对照组完好(阳性),两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:复发性流产患者子宫蜕膜血管内皮细胞第Ⅷ因子相关抗原的表达缺失,反映了血管受到免疫复合物的损伤,此检测可作为病理诊断指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of pathological diagnosis of factor Ⅷ related antigen in recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:The decidua vessels were studied by immunohistochemical SP method in 30 cases of RSA and 10 cases of normal pregnant women(control group).Results:In 30 cases of RSA,the depositions of facter Ⅷ related antigen were lacked,compared with control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:In RSA cases,the depositions of facter Ⅷ related antigen are lacked,it may have a sort of indicate in pathological diagnosis.更多还原
