【摘要】 目的:探讨高频电波刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的效果及临床价值。方法:对经过妇科检查?宫颈细胞学检查?电子阴道镜及宫颈组织活检初步诊断为不同级别的宫颈上皮内瘤变门诊患者88例,采用高频电波刀手术治疗(或用环形电刀切除病灶或用锥切电刀行宫颈锥切),标本均送病理检查。同时,观察手术时间、手术出血量及术后疗效。结果:采用高频电波刀手术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变一次成功率为94.32%;平均手术时间为9.8min;平均出血量为35ml;手术标本均经病理学诊断证实。结论:高频电波刀手术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变操作简便?快捷?安全?出血少?患者痛苦小?疗效好,并且可提供完整的病理标本,在宫颈癌的早期发现和诊断方面有较大的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of high frequency radiosurgical knife in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:88 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were diagnosed by optical observation,cytology,colposcopy and cervical biopsy.We treated the lesions with high frenquency radiosurgical knife and calculated the cure rate,the operative time,bleeding volume and patients reaction.Results:The cure rate of highfrequency radiosurgery procedure was 94.32%.The mean operative time was 9.8 minutes.The mean bleeding was 35ml.All these surgical specimens were checked successfully for pathology diagnoses.Conclusion:The advantages to use the high frequency radiosurgical knife to management of the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia include simpleness,safety,short operative time,less bleeding,and high cure rate.The high frequency radiosurgery procedure can provide intact pathological samples which is especially useful for early diagnosis of cancer 0f cervix.更多还原
