【Abstract】 The principle of arbitrary self-confession is widely accepted in Anglo-American Law System and Continental Law System,which is similar to the prescription in China’s criminal law.However,China’s prescription is vague in entity and lacks of protective measures in procedure.The connotation of voluntary self-confession shall be clearly defined from the aspects of entity and procedure in order to construct the principle of voluntary self-confession in China.更多还原
