TIA持续时间对脑保护作用的临床研究
Clinic study of TIA endurance to brain protection
【摘要】 目的评价短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)不同持续时间诱导脑缺血耐受的作用。方法选择2003年5月至2007年5月我院收治的既往有同侧TIA的首次脑梗死患者260例,男150例,女110例,平均60±12岁,并选择同期入院的100例不伴TIA的脑梗死患者为对照组,将TIA持续时间分为<2m in,2~10m in,11~20m in,>20m in4组,入院后7d对各组患者进行神经功能缺失程度评分和计算脑梗死灶面积,比较不同TIA持续时间诱导脑缺血耐受的作用。结果两组患者的年龄及其他血管病危险因素均无显著性差异;TIA持续时间2~10m in,11~20m in组神经功能缺失程度评分及脑梗死面积与其他各组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论TIA持续时间2~20m in诱导缺血耐受作用明显,对后继脑梗死有保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the cerebral ischemic tolerance effect induced by transient cerebral ischemic attack(TIA) with different persistence time.Methods 260 first onset cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital with homonymy TIA from May 2003 to May 2006 were chosed.Male patients were 150,female patients were 110,and their age averaged 60±12 years.260 patients without TIA treated in the same period in our hospital was included as control group.All TIA patients were divided into four groups,less than 2min,2 to 10min,11 to 20min and longer than 20min respectively,according to the TIA persistent time.Nervous function absence extent score and cerebral infarction area calculated in all patients after seven day’s hospitalization.Results There was no significant difference between the age and other angionosis dangerous factors,for example,hypertensive disease,diabetes mellitus,hypercholesteremia,coronary artery disease and smoking history.There was significant difference in nervous function absence extent score and cerebral infarction area between TIA’s persistence time of 2 to 10minutes and 11 to 20minutes to other groups(P<0.01).Conclusions TIA enduring for 2 to 20minutes induces cerebral ischemic tolerance.
