【摘要】 目的探讨女性不孕症的主要原因。方法对1280例女性不孕症患者的不孕因素进行回顾性分析。结果输卵管因素、排卵功能障碍、子宫内膜异位症为引起不孕症的主要因素。其中,输卵管因素占39.38%,是不孕的第一原因;因排卵障碍引起的(主要是多囊卵巢综合征和高泌乳素血症)占30%,是不孕的第二原因。结论不孕症的病因复杂,输卵管因素是女性不孕的首要原因,明确诊断针对病因治疗,可以提高妊娠率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the main reason of female infertility. Methods The aciesis factor about 1280 cases female infertility made a retrospective analysis. Results The aciesis factor were uterine tube,ovulation handicap,endometriosis. The factor of uterine tube occupied 39.38%,it was a ckey factor. The factor of ovulation handicap occupied 30%,it was a second factor. Conclusion The etiopathogenisis of barrenness is complex.
