【摘要】 目的总结应用外固定器结合克氏针有限固定桡骨远端不稳定骨折的手术技巧和疗效。方法自2003年1月～2007年6月我们采用外固定架结合克氏针骨折端交叉固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折31例。骨折按AO分型:C1型11例,C2型14例,C3型6例。早期功能康复。随访时间5～18个月。术后评估腕关节功能及骨愈合状况。结果按Dienst评分标准,远期疗效优良者27例,优良率87%。结论克氏针交叉固定结合外固定器治疗桡骨远端骨折,提高了骨折的稳定性,腕关节可中立位固定,避免过度牵引,可早期功能康复,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of external fixation combined with kirschner wire limited internal fixator in treatment of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods From January 2003 to June 2007,thirty- one patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated with external fixator combined with kirschner wire cross- fixation. According to the standard of AO,all cases were classified as type C1 in 11 cases,type C2 in 14 cases,and type C3 in 6 cases. Those cases were followed- up for 5～18 months. The function of the carpal joints and the bone healing conditions were evaluated after operations. Results According to Dienst scoring,excellent rate of prospective efficacy was 87% (27 cases). Conclusion It is highly recommended the use of external fixator combined with limited internal fixator for unstable distal radius fractures,which can increase the stability,make wrists put in neutralposition,refrain from over- traction and do early functional rehabilitation.更多还原
