【摘要】 目的观察益肾清胶囊对IgA肾病的治疗效果、作用机制及其安全性。方法取雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组、中药组。模型组给予牛血清白蛋白酸化水,对照组给予洛汀新,中药组给予益肾清胶囊,疗程均为12周。结果中药组与对照组比无明显差异。结论益肾清胶囊防治IgA肾病与对照组作用相近且无明显毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevention,the therapy effect and the safety of Yishenqing capsule treating IgA nephropathy rat to initially research the possible mechanism. Methods Female SD rats were divided into 4 groups:normal group,model group,cntrolled group of fosinopril and treated group of Yishenqing capsule. Replicating IgA nephropathy by taking orally acidified water(containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin-BSA),the treated,cntrolled groups were oralled decoction of Yishenqing capsule and Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets respectively at the beginning of replicating model.They taked 12 weeks. Results The prevention,the therapy effect and the safety of Yishenqing capsule treating IgA nephropathy rat have no difference between the Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets groups.更多还原
