【摘要】 目的探讨NBNA加分法在预报新生儿高胆红素血症脑损伤的价值。方法对76例高胆红素血症患儿(足月儿)分别进行NBNA加分法和耳声发射听力检测。结果高胆红素血症患儿NBNA加分法评分与胆红素水平呈负相关,与耳声发射听力检测通过率呈正相关;黄疸消退后,NBNA加分法评分比黄疸高峰期普遍提高,差异有显著意义。结论NBNA加分法是早期诊断新生儿胆红素脑病敏感而有效的方法,有助于判断病情及指导治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) use as a predictor of bilirubin encephalopathy. Methods The authors applied NBNA to 76 cases of full-term hyperbilirubinemia,and were detected by transiently evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE) at the same time. Results The NBNA had a negative relationship with bilirubin concentrations,and had a positive relationship with TEOAE;The NBNA scores of 76 cases generally became higher after disappearance of jaundice than those in the peak of jaundice;There was an obvious difference between the two groups. Conclusion NBNA might be used as either a predictor of bilirubin encephalopathy or a new criterion for treatments of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.更多还原
